* = personal favorite piece, ~30
(?) = likely to be true and based off of something, but not more than 90% confident, this is often used for dates such as for arrangements, very old pieces, or when the date is based off a world premiere and not explicitly stated by the composer. For grade, this signifies that there is no given grade and the piece isn't very clear on difficulty just by listening. Segments left blank are not found or completely unknown, if there is no recording for a piece, I will attempt to put some form of confirmation of the piece's existence within the notes section. More info including difficulty ratings can be found in About.
Red: Have not finished all of that composer's pieces
Yellow: Have finished all of the composer's pieces, but due to no official websites or other sources, there is likely a piece or two missing
Green: Have finished all of the composer's string orchestra pieces to the best of my ability
Purple: Have finished all of the composer's string orchestra and string-focused chamber pieces to the best of my ability
Blank: Have not made an attempt at finishing that composer's pieces.
The full list is a more comprehensive collection that contains ~700 works by a diverse range of composers. The end goal is to catalogue as many string orchestra pieces as possible. Evidently, that is a work in progress.
